The Board of Directors for the Valatie Community Theatre includes Craig Hancock as President, Dr. Neal Baillargeon serving as Treasurer, and Michael Rivenburg as Secretary. There is currently a vacancy for the Vice President position. Other Community Theatre members on the board include Martin McDermott, Jennifer Clark, and Andrew Higgs, all serving as Directors.
